Christmas Program 2019

This years Christmas program was titled “Keep God’s Love in Christmas”.  We saw through the tragedy of a Sunday School teacher, how the during rehearsal for the Church Christmas pageant hearts were changed.

This years Christmas Program was well attended and as always, such a sweet spirit if unity. The gospel message was preached.

This years Christmas as Highpoint was the best one yet. I can’t wait to see what God does in 2020.

Christmas Fellowship

This years Christmas Fellowship was the best yet. The church surprised Pastor Matt and Trish by flying in Beth and Tim from California for the weekend. The love that the members of Highpoint has for each other is truly special. I have never been part of a church with this much unity, excitement, and love for God. The gift exchange for this years Christmas fellowship was mugs. We had small mugs, we had BIG mugs, we had mugs with $100 visa cards attached, but this year we did it a little different. Instead of picking a gift for yourself, you picked it for someone else in the room. It was a joy to watch everyone look for the perfect gift for someone else.  God bless the singing, the preaching,  and the food that Pat’s IGA catered. Even our deaf ministry had a blast. We had a special prize that was given to give away to one of our teens, Jada Cordero won the game of Rock, paper and scissors and walked away with a brand new iPad. Can’t wait until next year.

Friend & Family Day

Friend & Family Day

We are still praising the Lord for a full house on Family an Friend Day. It was a joy to see so many visitors and our regulars worship Jesus Christ together.  The spirit was sweet and many decisions were made for the Lord, as the altar was full. Many thanks to Highpoint members for inviting out visitors and praying for this special day. Congratulations to Tori and Jada for winning our annual Chili contest, and praising God that everyone stayed safe in the axe throwing. God is too good to us.
