The Bible

We believe that God inspired the original autographs of the Holy Scriptures (Masoretic Text (O.T.) and the Textus Receptus N.T.) The Bible is our soul authority in all faith and practice. Psalms 12:6-7 states that God will preserve his Words for all generations. He states that these are pure words that will be preserved; showing us that these are not mans words that are preserved but his own. We use the KJV Bible in all our services. Ps. 33:11, Ps 117:2, Rev 22:18-19.

The word Trinity is not a Biblical term (as far as the word Trinity) but the concept of the 3 in 1 is. We believe in a real living God, which exists in three persons. John 14:7-12, Acts 14:29, Col. 2:9, Matt. 28:19

God the Father who is the one and only God. 1 Cor. 8:4
God the Son who’s blood that was shed on Calvary made atonement for the worlds sins. He never stopped being God and came to this earth conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. John 3:16, Luke 1:34
God the Holy Spirit who convicts the world of sin. 1 Peter 3:18

We believe in the priesthood of all believers, affirming that each individual has direct access to God through Jesus Christ. Believers are called to live holy lives and to serve as ambassadors for Christ in the world. (1 Peter 2:9; Hebrews 4:16)

The fact that satan exists is taught in the Old Testament and in every book of the New Testament. In Matt 13:39 Christ teaches himself that satan exists. God created satan as a beautiful creature, but his pride got the best of him and he was cast out of heaven. The Bible states that he is a liar (John 8:44), murderer (John 8:44), accuser (Rev 12:10), and the list goes on. According to James 4:7 he can be resisted by the Christians. We see that he is the God of this world in 2 Cor. 4:4, and that one day will be thrown into the lake of fire Rev 20:10.

Hell is not a state of mind but a real literal place that was prepared for the devil and his angels (Matt 25:41). God does not put anyone in hell; instead their sins put them there. Men go to hell because they reject God and His truth. Many people take hell out of the pulpits today, but you cant take it out of the Bible. Hell is a place of eternal destruction where there will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matt 5:22). Hell is everlasting (Matt 25:46).

We believe that the N.T. church that God established in the New Testament is Gods program for today. It is made up of saved believers who have been baptized the Bible way.
We reject and in no way endorse the Charismatic movement of today.
We believe that in the Scriptures clearly tells us that speaking tongues and supernatural gifts were done away with when the Bible was completed.

We affirm salvation as a free gift from God, not earned through human works. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the only way to salvation, and individuals must trust in Him for eternal life. (John 14:6; Ephesians 2:8-9)
